Water, power shortages
possible with new housing

Prepare for your quality of life to take a steep decline. With the big push to build thousands of new housing units, no one in a leadership position has mentioned anything about shortages of water and electric power, or worse gridlock on our roads.

Our governor is demanding these units be built but ignores the problems it will cause without upgrading the aforementioned utilities and roads. We have already had to deal with tight water supplies. Can you imagine what a commute will be like? And do you think PG&E can handle thousands of more hook-ups?

With the lack of leadership, we had better prepare for a rough time with shortages and terrible gridlock.
